    Biography:  
      Cheri Chiaro received her Bachelor of Music Degree in Piano Performance from California State University at San Diego. She has studied under such eminent artists as Dr. John Blyth, who received his Ph.D. from Columbia University, and attended master classes with Rosina Lhevinne, of the Julliard School of Music. Ms. Chiaro studied with prominent San Diego pianist, Patrice Beale, a graduate of the Julliard School of Music, and a student of Josef and Rosina Lhevinne.

She is an accomplished accompanist, who began her career while in high school, and continues to accompany vocal artists and instrumentalists in both the solo and ensemble settings; she has been a church organist for 25 years. While a member of many performing groups and several professional organizations, she has taught piano and keyboard theory, and has been a mentor and coach for musicians of all ages for approximately 30 years. She has attended innumerable teaching seminars and workshops, and has performed in master classes given by John Blyth, Patrice Beale and Francisco Aybar.

Cheri Chiaro was a featured performer in the Fremont Center for the Arts Sunday Performance Series. She is the resident accompanist for the School of Ballet Arts, in Canon City, and performs regularly with the Canon City Music Club, as well as the Fremont Chamber Orchestra, playing as assistant concert mistress.
